STOCK AVAILABILITY AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Processing of orders will take 1-3 working days.
  • In any case an item shown to be available online is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
  • We strive to process and dispatch orders quickly, as a result we are unable to change or cancel orders once it has been placed. Should you have any problems with your order, Customer Service ought to be notified immediately.

EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND

It’s highly advisable for customers to look over orders prior to check out. Enquiries regarding any unsatisfactory products should be made to our Customer Service team within seven (7) days from the day of receiving your shipment. Reimbursement or exchange will be issued within 14 days once your request is accepted. Please include the following > Name, Order number, product name, detailed reference pictures, reason for exchange, return/ refund. *

Exchange

  • Please contact our Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your package and send us return tracking number within 3 business days. *
  • Items must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • After approval, your order can be traded with an item(s) of the same or higher value.
  • Shipping fees will be borne by TheKkesCoterie only if damages were overlooked by our packing team.

Return

  • Please contact our Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your package and send us return tracking number within 3 business days. *
  • Conditions of items will be examined once particulars are sent to Customer Service to be determined a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Shipping fees will be borne by TheKkesCoterie only if damages were overlooked by our packing team.

Refund

  • Please contact our Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your package. *
  • A partial or full refund will be dependent on the severity of defect.
  • However, we are sorry to inform you that The Kkes Coterie will not be liable for any damages, lost or tampered packages caused during delivery as it is out of our control.

The following are eligible for exchange or return:

  • Merchandises that are not what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing faults.
  • Full price items.

The following are not eligible for any exchange, return or refund:

  • All items reported after seven (7) days from date of receive.
  • All final sale items.
  • Bodysuits, earrings, hair accessories due to hygiene purposes.
  • All items stained with dirt, food, make-up etc., or similar.
  • All items with signs of cigarette, perfume, scent, use, wash or alterations.
  • All products returned without prior notice or in spite of return denial from Customer Service.

SALES AND OFFERS

All promotions and offers are subjected to the following conditions:

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

  • Singapore Shipping: 1 – 5 business days; Free over SG$60

International Shipping: 1 – 6 business days to most locations; Free over US$200

  • Please be reminded that in instance of peak traffic, especially in customs, there will be delays to estimated shipping times. All international orders are delivered with DHL Express.
  • Parcels will only be shipped on business days. A tracking number will be issued via email once your parcel leaves the facility.
  • All international shipments subjected to import taxes, duties and custom fees or any related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
