Refund and Exchange Policy is also not applicable for any charges relating to reservation service provided by thekkescoterie.com, including cancellation, no-show and otherwise.   • Application for Refunds / Returns
    • The Item was defective and / or damage on delivery
    • Supplier has delivered an Item does not match the agreed specifications, for example, wrong size or color, to User

    Request for refund or exchange is not being accepted under the following circumstances or reasons:
    • Purchase the wrong Item
    • Simply change your mind
    • Lack of proof of purchase
    • Item is not purchased online via thekkescoterie.com
    • Late arrival of Item
    • Pricing issues
    • Request of refund or exchange made after seven (7) days from the date of Item received
    • Any fault caused by using the Item in an abnormal way or without following the stated instructions
    • Damages of the Item caused by users by not following the care instructions

    Application for refund / return must be submitted via the Site –  thekkescoterie.com. thekkescoterie.com will review each submitted application on a case-by-case basis and in its sole discretion to determine whether the application is successful.
  • Condition of Item
    The Item needed to be return in original and new condition in three (3) days from the date of approval of refund or exchange, if applicable. To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, User should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items that come with the Item, must be returned to Supplier in the condition received by User on delivery.
  • Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
    Our Supplier will bear the shipping fee in the scenarios of an unforeseen error from the Supplier’s end, for example, wrong Item is delivered to the User.
  • Refunds
    thekkescoterie.com will process refunds, if and when applicable, within a reasonable timeframe to the User’s credit / debit card.
